Responsibilities:

Job Description/Position Responsibilities:

Candidate will be the interface for tracking and statusing constraints to Systems and elements related to master schedules for supporting Readiness Reviews and Verification and Validation (V&V). Candidate will have regular interaction with various disciplines and management to status open work and constraints. Candidate will lead and/or facilitate various associated review meetings, and the integration of constraints tracking and reporting to support milestones and schedules. Responsibilities may also include baseline administrative activities to support customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Special Training:

Candidate must be familiar with Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Operations. Candidate must have experience in planning and scheduling in an Operations environment. Candidate must be able to work independently and professionally interact with NASA and ESC technical staff and management. Excellent organizational skills and; verbal and written communications are a must. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel. Experience in Windchill and Maximo are required. Candidate must be assertive and able to recognize, analyze and facilitate team and process conflict resolution.

Education/Years of Experience:

Candidate must have experience in constraints management for Kennedy Space Center (KSC) operations. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and professionally interact with NASA and ESC technical staff and management. Excellent verbal and written communications a must. Proficient in Microsoft tools especially Excel; experience in Windchill and Maximo required. Must be assertive and able to recognize, analyze and facilitate team conflict resolution.

Requires a bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience for Project Administrator 2.

Requires a bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience for Project Administrator 3.
